Love Thursday: How to Say “I Love You” with Chicken and a Pepper

Posted on: Aug 28, 2008

I’ve been told I shouldn’t boast about how sickly sweet Pep can be, yet I can’t stop. Seriously, if your husband prepared lunch like this, wouldn’t you want to tell?

Come on gals, what do you think?

Notice something a teeny  bit “off” in that message of love? Well, I don’t. “Y” stands for “ya,” which Pep always says instead of “you.” Ahhh …

As always, Happy LT.

*August is leaving and taking it with it my summer vacation. Starting next week, I’ll be back to posting five days a week here at My Bella Vita. I have a lot of ideas saved up – so I hope you’ll join me!

  4. It’s going to take me a while to get the anatomical images conjured by the first photo out of my head. But I do think men who cook for their women are sexy in a special way, and very smart.

It is a heart, Judith. A heart. lol. And, yes he is sexy. And special.

I don’t think your mentioning of Pep’s sweet acts are boastful. I think it is great that you recognize the sweetness. One day when y’all are tired from work and taking care of the bambinos, and romance seems to be the furthest thing from your mind, you’ll have these things to look back on. Happy Love Thursday!

Thanks, AO. Someone told me once that if you brag about your man, someone will try to take him. I have to be careful! :-) You are right, though. I will have some good stories to look back on and read! I hope you are taking care with the hurricane!!
