Il Cedro B&B Guests Share Their Vacation: Venice, Italy

Posted on: Nov 23, 2008

Il Cedro Bed and Breakfast has been open around a year and a half and both my husband and I are in regular contact with many of our past guests. We love hearing how their Italian vacation started and eagerly await their emails so we know how it ended – and we are honored to be included as a stop along the way.

We recently received an array of photos from some Canadian guests who passed through Calabria in September and they’ve agreed to let me share their photos with you.

So on this chilly Sunday, I present to a snapshot of Angelo and Keri’s Venice vacation.

“We arrived in Venice during the day and were able to see how the little tugboats managed to maneuver our (cruise) ship through the narrow channels to get to the port. Everyone was on the deck taking photos and my kid Kodak was no exception!”

“We walked along back streets and went in and out of shops. We visited the open air shops … “

“We rode on a gondola and we had the big moment when Angelo asked me to remarry him. How romantic!”

I’d like to thank Angelo and Keri for sharing part of their 25th wedding anniversary with us at Il Cedro Bed and Breakfast in Calabria and for updating us on the romantic finale to their once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

Auguri!
