It can be hard to understand distances, choose the right city or province, communicate with B&B or hotel staff and locate train and bus options.

With your custom itinerary, you will be guided step-by-step through your dream vacation. Hotels will be reserved on your behalf, car rentals and transfers will be arranged and you will be supplied with personalized ideas for day trips, afternoon excursions, local hot-spots, shopping and restaurant recommendations.

Here’s how it works:
We will exchange a few initial emails and you’ll be asked to complete a short travel questionnaire.

We will arrange a phone consultation that will last half an hour, where we will discuss your must-see attractions, the type of vacation you are looking for and the style of accommodations, transportation and restaurants that interest you.

Then, I’ll create a draft of your personalized itinerary that will include
- Your customized travel route with recommended number of nights in each destination
- Accommodations, based on your amenity preferences and budget, for each destination
- Daily activities for each destination, complete with opening hours and fees to museums and attractions
- Suggested “free time” and/or alternative options
- Transportation and transfers
- Recommended restaurants and hot-spots

You will review your custom itinerary and we will follow up in a second 30-minute phone consultation.

I will make changes, additions and adjustments to your itinerary until you are thrilled.

Once you approve your itinerary, I’ll arrange your hotel bookings, rental car, transfers and restaurant reservations, if applicable, and confirm them prior to your arrival.

And remember, since I am in Catanzaro, I am just around the corner throughout your trip and available to assist you with last-minute mishaps or misunderstandings.

Fees:
Rates vary depending on trip duration, complexity and time involved, but generally start at $100 per planned vacation day. I’ll provide you with a no-obligation quote after I’ve reviewed your completed travel questionnaire.
