We work with your primary contact to plan all of details of the land portion of your trip, offering destination recommendations and route suggestions, when needed.

Your hotels are personally inspected prior to booking. In fact, we spend the night at the hotel before we make your reservations, ensuring there are no unpleasant surprises upon your arrival.

We organize all of your land transportation and airport transfers.

Your expert tour guides are booked and confirmed prior to your arrival.

We coordinate with your travel agent to ensure your land and air portions coordinate and flow seamlessly.

Preparation

Your group leader will receive a full package of information to distribute to travelers, including your approved custom itinerary, Calabria Travel Tips ebook and Things to Expect eguide for group travelers.

Each of your group members is invited to attend a live webinar with Cherrye Moore, owner of My Bella Vita Travel Services, prior to the trip to discuss any questions or concerns and to gain a better understanding of the group’s itinerary.

Program

Your group will be met at the airport (or Calabria arrival point) by Cherrye Moore, owner of My Bella Vita Travel Services.

She will escort your group throughout the trip, offering you 24-hour access to a bilingual coordinator.

In many cases, an assistant accompanies the tour, providing members 24-hour access to two bilingual escorts.

Group members are provided access to a Calabria travel binder, with information on various activities and excursions near your base town(s), as well as restaurant, bar and gelateria recommendations for non-tour mealtimes.
