What is a travel consult?

A travel consult is your personal guide to southern Italy and includes destination, hotel, restaurant and day trip information relevant to your travel style and budget.
 

How does it work?

Given the time that goes into helping you create a trip outline and route based on your personal interests, we require a $300 upfront fee to begin planning your trip. We will exchange a few emails, you’ll complete a short questionnaire and we will arrange a 30-minute phone consultation.

We’ll combine your budget and travel style and create a detailed list of ideas that include:
- Suggested route
- 2-3 hotel and restaurant recommendations for each destination
- Transportation options
- Recommended list of activities
- Suggested day trips

 
What do you get?

- Travel Consult Package
In addition to colored maps and photos, your package includes all of the contact information you need to book your trip, as well as a section on must-eat treats and information on handmade crafts from each region.

- Email Follow-Up
After you receive your package, you will be given a 72-hour Trip Coaching session to address any follow-up questions or issues.

- Travel Guide
You receive your choice of “Don’t Get Caught with Dirty Drawers … and 64 other tips for traveling in Calabria” or “First-Timers Guide to Southern Italy” (to be released summer 2012).
